Payment Policy
PromptLink provides secure and transparent payment options for AI prompts, prompt collections, templates, and other digital resources. This Payment Policy explains the available payment methods, transaction processing, order confirmation, and payment-related requirements.
Payment Overview
PromptLink operates as a digital AI prompt store. Payments are required before purchased digital products can be delivered or made available for download.
Product prices, applicable discounts, and available payment methods are displayed during the purchasing process. Customers should review their order details and total amount before confirming payment.
PayPal — Preferred Payment Method
PayPal is currently the preferred payment method available at PromptLink for eligible transactions.
- Secure online payment processing through PayPal
- Payment confirmation through the checkout process
- Transaction records associated with the completed order
- Support for eligible PayPal payment methods available to the customer
Payment availability, currency options, verification requirements, and transaction limits may vary depending on the customer's PayPal account, location, funding source, and PayPal's applicable rules.
Visa, Mastercard & American Express
Card Payments
Direct Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payment options are planned for a future update and are not currently presented as available direct card payment methods.
Customers should only select payment methods that are visibly available during the PromptLink checkout process. Payment options may be introduced or changed as the website's payment infrastructure is updated.
Order Total & Pricing
The total amount payable is presented during checkout before the customer confirms the transaction.
- Product price shown on the applicable product page
- Applicable promotional discounts or offers
- Any applicable taxes or charges required by law
- Final amount displayed at checkout before payment confirmation
PromptLink aims to present product pricing and transaction information clearly and accurately. Customers should verify the final order total before completing payment.
Payment Confirmation
An order is considered ready for digital fulfillment after the payment provider confirms that the transaction has been successfully completed.
A payment authorization, pending transaction, failed transaction, cancelled transaction, or incomplete payment does not necessarily constitute a completed purchase.
PromptLink may delay digital delivery when payment status cannot yet be verified or when additional transaction verification is reasonably required.
Digital Product Delivery After Payment
Once successful payment has been confirmed, the purchased AI prompt product may be made available for direct download through the completed order experience.
A backup delivery message may also be sent to the email address provided during checkout, allowing customers to retain an additional record of their digital purchase.
For more information about digital fulfillment, please review the Delivery Policy.
Payment Security
Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers and their secure payment infrastructure. Payment providers may apply their own authentication, fraud detection, verification, and transaction-security procedures.
PromptLink does not ask customers to submit complete payment card credentials through ordinary contact forms, email messages, or direct messages.
Customers should complete payments only through the payment options and checkout interfaces presented by PromptLink or the applicable payment provider.
Transaction Verification
To protect customers, payment providers, and the store, transactions may be subject to automated or manual verification.
- Payment status verification
- Order and transaction matching
- Fraud and unauthorized transaction screening
- Payment-provider security checks
- Additional verification where reasonably necessary
An order may remain pending until the payment status is confirmed.
Currency & Exchange Rates
Product prices and transaction currencies may vary depending on the configuration of the PromptLink checkout and the payment provider.
When currency conversion is performed by PayPal, a card issuer, bank, or another payment provider, the applicable exchange rate and conversion fees may be determined by that provider.
PromptLink does not control exchange rates, foreign transaction fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by a customer's financial institution or payment provider.
Failed, Cancelled or Pending Payments
If a payment fails, is cancelled, remains pending, or is otherwise not confirmed, the related order may not be fulfilled until the payment status has been successfully confirmed.
Customers should not submit repeated payments unnecessarily while a previous transaction is still being processed. If a duplicate charge appears, the transaction details should be reviewed so the appropriate payment record can be identified.
Duplicate Transactions
If the same order appears to have been charged more than once, PromptLink may review the relevant transaction records to determine whether a duplicate payment occurred.
Where a duplicate transaction is verified, any applicable refund will be handled according to the PromptLink Refund Policy and the procedures of the relevant payment provider.
Refunds & Payment Reversals
Approved refunds are handled according to the PromptLink Refund Policy and applicable payment-provider procedures.
When a transaction is refunded through PayPal, the applicable refund process generally returns the funds through the original payment method or another method determined under PayPal's applicable rules.
The time required for a refund to appear may depend on PayPal, the customer's bank, card issuer, currency conversion, and other financial institutions.
Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact PromptLink through the available support channel when an order, payment, or delivery issue occurs so that the transaction can be reviewed.
Nothing in this Payment Policy is intended to remove or restrict any rights, dispute procedures, or protections that may be available under applicable law or the rules of the payment provider.
PayPal maintains its own dispute and protection processes, with eligibility determined under the applicable PayPal terms.
Accurate Transaction Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout, including the information necessary to process and deliver a digital order.
PromptLink aims to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing information, payment status, and transaction details.
Clear and accurate transaction information is an important part of responsible digital commerce. PayPal's current User Agreement restricts false, inaccurate, or misleading information and requires compliance with applicable consumer protection and advertising rules.
Third-Party Payment Providers
Payment processing may involve third-party providers whose own terms, privacy policies, security procedures, and transaction rules apply to their services.
PromptLink does not control the internal systems, verification procedures, exchange rates, transaction limits, or availability decisions of external payment providers.
Customers should review the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy information when using its services.
Responsible Payment Practices
PromptLink is intended for legitimate purchases of digital AI prompt resources. Customers must use valid payment methods and provide accurate transaction information.
- Do not use unauthorized payment accounts or funding sources.
- Do not submit false billing or transaction information.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment verification.
- Do not use payment services for unlawful transactions.
- Do not attempt to obtain digital products through fraudulent means.
PayPal's current Acceptable Use Policy prohibits various unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, and otherwise restricted activities.
Payment Availability Updates
PromptLink may add, remove, suspend, or modify payment methods as payment infrastructure, provider availability, security requirements, or business operations change.
The payment methods displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase represent the payment options currently available for that transaction.
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express direct card payment support will be presented as available only after the relevant payment functionality has been activated.
